i want to put these inside of a stock fender 8.5 in front and 9.5 in back

i know i can make front fit but in the back how can i makeit fit under a stock fender?

i was thinking getting a shorter axle?????
Maybe I missed some spec's, so bare wth me. What type of car? Is it IRS?
Why not go with 1", 2" or 3" fiberglass fenders. I shorten my own IRS trailing arms, it does take some work. You can shorten the trailing are 1' Per side. Fiberglass fender makes your task much easier . I wanted 10 rims so I went the fiberglass way.
