Well, not just an expensive one but a dangerous one also.
If you are going to do that, you better add the extra investment of kevlar. When there is an accident on the track and you see a big puff of smoke (and I don't mean
da good stuff), that's carbon fiber blowing up. The chards holding what is left together in a mangled sort of way is kevlar.
Even at that, you better wear at least a mask because you don't want to inhale carbon particles.
Then, you might as well rethink the whole chassis because even with kevlar, you would want more than a roll bar.
Never mind. It was a crazy thought.
