I got mine from a guy in Florida from the Samba. It was $75 if I remember correctly. He may have more. There may be others selling as well.
Another source is
Flat Four in Japan. The part number is BD-057 near the bottom of the page. The price seems to be ¥7,900 which is in the neighborhood of US$70. I don't know what shipping might be.
There is a stateside source but they were out of stock when I checked a few weeks ago. (I forget their name at the moment.)
