icw wheels

I have a 73 super and have been offerd a really good deal on some 17 x 7 icw's. There are 2 differnt lug patterns...ones obviously 4 x 100 cause they came off a Jetta, but I'm not sure about the other one. I've looked all over the net for the other pattern and also the offset with no luck. They are the "7 spoke tuners," the 10 spokers have a 38mm offset, but I dunno if they'd be the same. I need to know this info, cause I also want to lower it, but before I buy adjust a struts and springs, I need to make sure I dont need Maxx's, and if I need new pattern drums. I also have fat fenders so I should be strait on fender clearance. Thanks for any info.
