Type 4 question, Size?

I need some help, I have three differant type 4 engines, in various states of dismantle, and I'm trying to figure out the size they are

they all have the heads off (at least). I remember hearing about valve sizes. I'm not sure where to look for the info. I'd appreciate any help on this subject.
