How to fit 16x7 ET 35 wheels. VW412

OK, I am new (again) here, as I havent been on for years.

I just got a 73 412. I have a set of BBS RS reps in 16x7 ET35 4x100.

Whats the best way to fit these to the car?

I'm currently in Iraq so mailorder is GREAT.
