Fitting 16"Fuchs 7" and 8" wide and others?

Hello there first post on this forum, and in true newbie fashion I will ask a question that has probably been answered many times, but I tried the serach and I came up empty. So here goes: I have a 1973 Standard (non-Super) Beetle, I will be switching to 4 wheel discs using CB Perfromance kits (w/dropped spindles in front) with the Porsche bolt pattern. My question is will 16" Fuchs in 7" et 23mm and 8" et 10.6mm (front and rear respectively) fit under widened fenders (2" up front 3" in the rear)? I'm also thinking about some C2 replicas in 7.5" all the way around at an offset of 23mm (52mm is also available), would they fit under the same widened fenders? Thanks for the help!
