Dry Sump Pump

Hi,

I'm trying to cure an oil starvation problem I'm having when I go through a sweeper or brake really hard ... I lose oil pressure for a few seconds and then it picks back up again. BTW, its for a 914 2.0 T4 in my bug .. I plan on going to ALOT of track days in 2005, engine runs great and I have no intention of splitting the case for windage tray mods.

I was thinking of using an accusump to hopefully solve the problem, but by the time I get all the parts together, I'm looking at $350 USD. Not too bad with the USD/CAD ratio.

I found this pump from CB performance and along with their aluminum tank and fittings, I'm looking at about the same price.

Does anyone have any experience with this system ?
