Avatars???

i have a sweet pic of a g/l in "my pictures" ..but how do i make it 50 x 50 pixels?

Get Photoshop or maybe even Paint in Windows will do it.
You can make a picture smaller by saying on how many pixels you want to use. It is quite easy in Photoshop.
