The rear suspension is a combination of a MkIII subframe, MkII control arms, MkII G60 spindles, KW Var III coilovers, and RPI Equipped! big brake kit.
I don't have any idea how this thing is going to operate. I'm a little skeptical of really good handling, but it should definately be better than stock. The thing I'm most concerned with is that the geometry is set up for anti-lift for the front drive setup, when I would want anti-squat in the rear. We'll see. I wouldn't recomend that you copy me, as I really don't know how well it's going to turn out. Jason

993 front suspension spindle to spindle with struts = $800. 993 Rear multi-link Double a-arm suspended with cv's, axles and struts = $1100. Fabrication trying to tie in the strut mounts to my cage at the right geometry, and trying to get the damn thing mounted at the right ride height and wheel base = FRUSTRATING! (I'll start a new thread when i get it started) ![]() Thanks a lot and good luck with your setup

I think you'll probably find that to get your car the way you want it will be swiss cheese when your done. Check out
http://community.webshots.com/album/68341357kTvPqD for some ideas. You'll be hacking up the body a bunch which is just fine and like you said, it will be frustrating. Suspension geometry is not a straightforward leap. Car companies have been trying to copy BMW's strut suspension for a long time because it is so good, and you'd think it would be easy, but it's not. All I'm saying is that although it looks good on paper, actually getting it done is a WHOLE other problem. BTW, my setup is not yet for sale, and it would have to be worth selling before I would. But the difference between it and other options is that it only requires 2 small pieces be removed from the body and 2 from the pan, the one from Eyeball Engineering only requires the 2 pieces from the body, but it is not for sale either. The goal with these 2 design is that body preservation was a formost thought. Good luck!
