Question help repairing this rust hole!!

Just got my super back from my little sister. She had it for several years. When I started to inspect the old car notice a bad rust hole under the rear window. I remove the rust from the area but need advice on fixing it. I have some 22 guage sheet metal that i would like to weld in. I have a small aluminum piece i have used to mold to the section. I then am planning on using the mold to bend the sheet metal to. I guess what I'm asking is what would you geat folks do to fix this problem area.
I will try to post some images of the area below if I can.

Thanks Racelook

If you were me how would you go about fixing this hole. I dont have a donor part to weld in, so I was thinking of taking a piece of sheet metal and getting it behind the hole and spot welding it in place. Then us some tiger hair to fill the area. Is this the best way to do this if you dont have a donor piece. Does the hole need to cut larger? Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

again thanks Racelook :agree:

"tiger hair"? If that is the same on polyester mats I say no. I would surch for an donor, cut the rusty out and replace it with the donorpiece. Or I would make an new waved sheet to replace the new one.

I you want to use polyester...................... I know less of it, but all the rust must be out of that place before you add it on.
