which wheels should I go with?

well I need help deciding which wheel I should go with on my car, I like the both of them but cant decide:

The first is the Porsche 993 1pc. wheel:

The other is the Porsche Turbo Twist 1pc. wheel:

I note that I found a set of Turbo Twist's for $875, I just like the look of the both of them?

What do you guys think?

Well... I kinda like the 993 better, but the twists are cool looking and cheaper.

zen: i have shaved the drip rail, suicided the doors and stripped the molding. The color is going to be VW Platinum Grey. I will have a few carbon fiber accent peices to liven the car even more....oh yeah, the rear louvers above the decklid are gone now as well. Dont ask me why I did these mods, because now that I look at them I dont like them, and theyre a pain to perform. the doors are one thing though! All the lights are gonna be blacked out as well?

justdubin: Yes those are the ones, I would of posted a pic of them both, but Im too computer illiterate

I was also looking at a three peice model of the 993's. but theyre too expensive for me right now!

Another thing...I was planning on getting the wheels powder coated black with a polished lip in the distant future....

I would have to say the 993's. I prefer the look of the 993's over the twist, and since they look good on a Ghia.

No dout about it... I always liked the twists and thats why I bought a set for my car. But if you want to black them out and polish the lips the 993 rims offer more material to polish. The twists really don't have a lip, the spokes just run right to the outside of the rim...

Post 1 piece 993 wheels...

www.betterbodiesmotorsport.com has a good deal on wheels.
They run $1049.00 -s+h for a full set. I dont know if they are used or not it doesent say but there wheels look to be in pristeen condition!

You could also check out www.911pcar.com

They are a Porsche dismantler company out of LA. I dont know if they sell wheels but you could contact them, Im looking at buying an engine from them and I have already boughten a set of calipers from them. There prices arent that bad compared to most places!

I would go with a set of 17 inch 993s because everyone is going with the twists. The 993s look cleaner and less busy. What size 993s do you have and/or plan on putting on?
