Help Please....

I decided to break into my job tonight....thinking that it was the rear mainseal that broke....but the clutch and pressure plate and flywheel are clean....no oil.....I hve been losing a quart a day and I dont know what is wrong please help!!

Check the oil cooler/mounting adapter. Did you remove the flywheel and look at the rear seal and cam plug? While you have the oil cooler and adapter mount off,,, look at the case for cracks in the mounting area.

It was the oil cooler.....and I replaces the rubber grommets...however apon assembaling and installing my engine(everything is hooked back up) my fan is scraping on the shroud....should I worry about it and figure out how to fix...or should I forget about it and let it fix itself with wear?????please help I have to get my car out of the shop by tomorow

I got it taken care of...I took off my carberator and undid the generaator strap and unbolted it from the fan housing....then I pulled it out and put the shims in the (right) places and tightened the fan assembaly(which I forgot to do the first time) and then I put it back in...and no scraping....yay....and no oil leaks...I am soooo happy....thanks everyone for your help on this project.....Unfortunatly I will be doing it all again in a few months when I can afford a new clutch ***...DEAN
