Boxster rotor info needed

I doing some reseach on fitting some Boxster S front brakes to my bug, I need the following info
1. How deep are the rotors from the mounting face to rear side brake face.
2. Do the rotors mount in similar way to 911, 944 etc front rotors.

We I have found the answer to question 2. The mount over the top of the hubs, like a bay window etc. Can anyone help me with the other info needed?
