phone dial wheels on a 66?

Hello all, I am looking for a little advice. I can geta set of 15x7 52.3 mm offset wheels cheap. My 66 bug is stock except for cb lowered spindles. Will these wheels fit with a 195/50-15 tire and adapters until I get my disc brakes? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, John
