Noob Question - Where to start?

Hi I love the German Look. I don't have a super but I figure thats OK is I remove all of my chrome. Anyways, to the question...

What do I have to do to get porsche rims on my '68 standard four bolt pattern? I'm considering ghia discs up front. I know most porsche rims are five bolt, so could I just change out my drums?
