What rear brakes can I use on early (steel) 944 A-arms?
As above really? Will the later stuff fit? I want to run vented discs on the back and twin-pot 964 C2 calipers. Will the late 944 hubs work? Will I have to use the 944 driveshafts too?
Thanks guys!

Hi
I did what you want to do on my sons 1303. The pads are tad wide for 944 rotor surface. Late 944 hubs are a different animal. You can use your stock drive shafts if you fit a Beetle stub axle in. Steve

As Steve said. You can use 86 944T rear rotor to match the caliper (24mm wide, 3mm spacers required under caliper to center rotor), or Boxster S (2000-2004) caliper (comes cross drilled, no spacing required).

Thanks guys! So I just use all the gear straight off the 86 944T? Sounds too easy
