Paint/Body with panel replacement for a Double Cab

I recently picked up a 1965 Double Cab from a neighbour and its needs a full body restoration. I am trying to find someone to remove and weld in the new autocraft panels from East Coast Cornerstore. So far its rockers Inner/outer and floors including the bed. After that I will need body and paint recommendations.

So can anyone give me leads for a welder, body, and paint. I would also like to have it media blasted.

I am hoping to find someone to do a great job for a fair price. I would like to avoid the high shop rates by using someone who is retired or part timer. Any leads appreciated.
