944 Ali A arms into 03

I have a chance to purchase a pair of Ali A arns off an 1986 944. My question is, is it possible to use the drive shafts off an 924? I have the 901 dog leg box fitted to the 03 at the moment. the inboard CVJ is off a T4 transporter fitted with standard 03 CVJ on the A frame end. These joints are fitted onto the 924 splined shaft.
So is the above combination I've fitted already suitable to do the straight swap to the Ali Porsche 944 A arms.
Any one done this conversion with the drive shafts I've got fitted at the moment can clarify it will work or won't. I don't want to swap the driveshafts off the 924 if I can use them.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

You're easiest route to fitting the Alu 'arms would be to use the shafts/CV's off the same car ('86 & '87-'9x) The hubflanges in the Alu arms are specific. But they have the same bolt pcd as your 901 outputflanges/944/T2/T4.

The 924 shafts are the same length as T1.

'Forgot to mention, the Alu arms need shafts that are a good few cm's longer.

Use axles from an '86 951, or an '87+ 944S.

They have Type II CV's bolt pattern, and are 21.5 inches long.

Which is the earlier model

Hi, how much further does the Alum, trailing arm stick out for the earlier when comparing to later model?
