Nice to hear positive comments in this world. I've been meaning to register for ages but somehow never got round to it. The cars been a 10 year on and off project. It was a total wreck (rust) when i bought it in '95 and now its, sort of, finished i just want to drive it all the time, between showers, obviously. Hope to visit some shows in the UK soon. |

			What's up shuff?

Shuff after completing your brakes, did you have any problems adjusting the camber with the stock camber bolts? Thanks for your help, TOW74, Peace!

The only problem i encountered with the camber setting was wing/fender to tyre clearance. I did elongate the top mounting holes on my Kerscher 2 bolt front struts to allow more adjustment.

In order to get the tyre inside the wing edge i had to wind on lots of positive, but then the wheel rim inside edge fouled on the springs. So its a compromise really. Realistically the 7.5 inch wide rim is too wide for the front with stock wings, mine have 52mm ET, and with only about 3-5mm clearance between the rim and the spring, the tyre still occassionally rubs the wing outside edge, tyres are 205's. |

			Thanks for the comments,

In answer to TOW74, i've just raised the ride height front and rear a bit, which now gives 6 inches clearance under the frame head and 6.5 under the frame forks. The exhaust is a bit lower than that tho. Car rides much nicer now. See the attached pix for more. |
