dont know where to post???
hello
looking at MAY '75 1303 (standard) bug. does it have r&p steering or is it only reserved for supers??

The 1303 is a super, just like the 1302, not a standard bug. And they only had r&p steering beginning with the 1975 model, so no, it doesnt have r&p unless someone modified it.
