I'm guessing here, so don't take my word for it, but could it be that one is in inches and the other in MM ?

(So this would mean they are the same).

The Porsche Fuch (original) came with a 5x130 bolt pattern. the 120mm and 4.5" must be replicas for other models.

4.5" = 114.3mm

sandeep,

your right. the 5x4.5 is a much smaller bolt pattern and will not fit.

thanks,
pete
