The only thing that might keep me from being there would be picking up The Cruiser. It's residing at a VW specialty shop an hour from B'more to get the sunroof aligned and a passenger-side mirror installed. Both have been nuisances since I bought it.
The sunroof opens and closes fine, and it doesn't leak. It's just not properly flush to the roof when closed.
I use the outside mirrors more than the rear-view mirror in the ****pit, so not having a right-side one seems like flipping the light switch while entering a dark room during a power failure. Instinct rules over intuition.
If the sunroof continues to resist, I'll be there.
