The front setup works, but you can machine the OD of the early 944 hub down and then mount the Boxster rotor over it. You will need the longer studs from a 87+ 944 front hub. This way the Boxster pad will match better with the larger rotor.

For the rear, the 993 rear disk is too shallow and the brake shoes will overhand the braking surface. The C2 calipers will bolt up perfect with 986S rear disks, or 86 944T disks with a 3mm spacer to center the caliper.
