A question for the guys in the UK

I'm planning on having my 71 Deluxe bus restored with a heavy hint of GL and was looking for recommendations, I live in Bristol so the south west would be best but I don't mind having to travel to get the job done properly.
Although I know it's not going to be cheap I don't want to be paying over the top just because the Body shop has produce show cars etc (I think you know what I mean).
