Narrowed Beam and (C3) Offsets

Hello, I'm new to this site but have been cruising for a couple months. I have a few questions that I have not seen the answers to yet.
-My Situation...I have a 4" inch narrowed king/link beam and a swingaxle rear end. I want to run front and rear CB disc upgrade, 17*7.5 Cup III replicas, and stock steel fenders.
-The questions...I have seen alot about B/J beams and fiberglass fenders but nothing about narrowed beams and what offsets are being ran. I've read about and saw the Aussie RHD, the rims hit the control arms in the front and the spring plates in the rear so he had to run spacers.
What would work best for me....
1.)17*7.5 C3 (23 et), CB discs, 4" beam, steel fenders.
