early 944 brakes, stock MC....dosent feel right

Be sure to be accurate with your calculation since AFAIK, 23/20 944 MC doesn't exist. In europe all I've come across is 23/19...

Also my 944 rear isn't 36mm, but 38mm IIRC

Differences in diameter quickly add up in a cross section (surface)!
