Irs camber problem

I have noticed on my 78 vert that the drivers side sits about 1" higher then the pass side. Also noticed that the Pass side has a little negative camber. The drivers side is straight up/down. Which makes the wheel not fit under the stock fenders(17x7 205x45 42mm offset) The Pass side is tucked nicely. If i adjusted the torsion bars would this help the camber on the drivers side? Or should I look for something bent? Everything is still stock height, Torsions have never been adjusted. Family bought car when new.
