What motor?

I found someone with 2 type 4 motors and a bus full of parts at a junkyard that I build webpages and stuff for, he said my pick of motor for $100, Then sold them. At the time I didn't know how hard the conversion would be or any details on what to do. I am still kind of in the dark about the whole thing and really not sure what all is involved. Also I am worried about the stuff I have on my type 1 motor in the car. I paid $100 for 3 inch duals on it within the last 4 months. So can somone tell me what all is involved in the conversion and now I still need to find a place to get a motor. Thanks...
