944 86 with monoblocks

-do i use a 299mm by 24mm -70mm height disc -vented, from a boxter 's'
-or a 996, and its caliper -monoblock brembo on the above

-can i still use a 16 inch wheel boxter discs = 20mm and its smaller brembo monoblock?
