944 turbo brakes with chrome turbo twists

Hello everyone I’m New to the forum. I’ve never done a brake conversion before. I bought a 72 super beetle as my first car about 3 years ago and until then I had never worked on a car in my life. Since then I have rebuilt the 1600 dp engine myself (I had to read like 5 books to do it!!!) replaced the tranny myself. Re-did the wiring. Put one-piece windows. And a million other little things. All the work done by myself. Well I just bought a set of four staggered chrome Porsche turbo twist wheels with new Sumitomo tires.

Fronts- are17X7 WITH 205-50ZR-17 HTR 50Z SUMITOMO TIRES Rears- are17X9 WITH 255-40ZR-17 HTR 40Z SUMITOMO TIRES I’m going to redo my whole front and rear suspension. I want adjustable coilovers in the front (Topline Maxx strut style) I also want Porsche 944 turbo calipers (they look so cool) with vented rotors. The problem is I don’t have a clue as to how I would do this. I currently have the stock drums all the way around. My question is how would I go about putting these wheels with Porsche 944 turbo calipers on my car. Would I have to do anything to my suspension? Would I need wider fenders? What parts would I need to buy? ![]() SO Shiny ![]() I put the whells in front of my current rims to see how they would look ![]() ![]() i really like the look of the 944 brembo calipers please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
