Suspension setup with 944 brakes .??

I've had a look but cannot see anything relating to what type of suspension i can use. I am not interested in the 944 suspension as i know it is of no use to me.

I have a competent mechanic who has carried out the brake conversion on a few cars, but i am curious as to what type of suspension setup people are using. I know of a pair of front Red Koni's that are for sale for a good price and wondered if i could use them on the front. I could also do with some info about the rear setup as well.
