Plugs fouling

valve lash is in good spec. This was a freshly built 2nd hand motor with about 2k on it. Before putting it in I checked the heads and they were in good shape. Have not done a wind test on it since I installed the motor. Ignition parts are all in good shape. I am running j-tubes no heat right now. On the carbs I have done the WD40 at the base check for leaks, got nothing. I am running the crossover tube on duals. I put the car on the lift today and tighten down everything I could find.
