front strut brace

in the same idea i would like to know if a substantial amount of front end stability is gained by installing even a one piece strut brace.....

I can see the need for a shiny strut brace to span the void of the engine bay in a front wheel drive car, I'm happy with the stock structure between the strut towers of a superT1. But, occasionally I feel the urge to weld in a tube X brace..

I would definitely say that a regular strut bar is recommended because you can definitely feel the difference in the tightness of the front end. It really stiffins things up.
