Any decent machine shop could... it might not be their specialty, but they definately understand the set-up on the measurements. The smaller "mom and pop" places would be easier to talk to... the high-end industrial places are usually so busy that they price it waaaaay high (minimum shop fee/set-up charge) just to get you to go away. You could try making calls but showing up in person and being humble and well mannered always seems to get them to try and help you.
