do anybody know how I set the ingnition sistem on the type4 motor 2,1 ccm

what kind of ingition system are you running?

I have the bosch blue-electronic ignition and I don't know the advance times for ignition of my motor.My pistons are flat headed and I have valves for the unleaded fuel. My carburatores are weber double each one for 2 cylinders.
I don't know what size of jets are in my carburator. On the last meeting one friend from Polland say that I must turn the ignition backwards for 7 degrees to make it run normal.Do you have any experiances with electornic ignition systems or can you give me any advice how to set it properly.

It all depends on the distributor. Look for the numbers on the housing? Are the last three numbers 009? If so, set it to 7 btdc. This is where the 009 wants to sit.

When I am sat behind my car, and the motor is running, my eyes cry and my jacket is very smelly?

Sounds like far too much fuel? I think the only way you are going to get this sorted is to speak to a VW specialist locally to you and get him to check over the engine, checking mixture, timing etc.
