oops

well i got everything back from the painters and fitted at the weekend , went for a testdrive ,the boost was running 18 psi ok fueling about right afr ok so opened it up in 2nd spun the wheels dropped it into 3rd and hit the gas ,jesus christ i have never been so fast it was like been fired from a gun ,i had a 2007 turbo last year and it felt standard in comparison , then bang no drive rip gearbox , all i can say at this point is i wanted a new gearbox anyway just not after 10 miles so will be spending the next few days undoing all the work i just spent months doing ,till next time

Great project! More high-res pics needed.. I am planning to use one of those shifters. What are your experiences with it? What does the throw work out to be? Any problems?

Dang way to tear it up!

It looks super sweet. Drop a cheap tranny in there and be gentle until winter when you can put a stout one in.

Way to go man!
