Urethane bushings

Do you have urethane all arround? I only want to use urethane for the front sway bar and control arm bushings. Do you think is ok or do I need to go all urethane to make a difference?

About the shocks, I know that gas shocks are harder and keep the car on the road better than oil shocks...so they should be better for road performance than oil shocks, am I wrong here?
