I run 205/40/17's and 215/45/17's on 7" wide cups...

adam,

what brake and suspension set up are you running? discs or drums? spacers etc?

The car runs standard link pin and swing axel suspension, front brakes consist of CB spindles with post 68 beetle standard-ish discs and calipers and the rear s sit on long axels and are a mixture of Porsche 914 discs with Golf GTI calipers. No spacers were needed. The wheels are genuine with an ET55 offset. Hope this helps!
