Hi

Thanks for the information.

Reading their catalogue and using your part numbers this is the model that's needed.

TALBOT Horizon 02.78-05.81 Front BENDIX 34888 (left) 34889 (right)

TALBOT Horizon 09.77-03.81 Front GIRLING 34644 (left) 34645 (right) These are the ones that Acytom used. Do the Bendix ones have the same mountings? Maybe the Talbot used 2 types of stub axles?

Now I need to find out if they sell them in Australia.

Steve

Steve,

There is a section in the book "How to Modify Volkswagen Beetle Suspension, Brakes , Chassis For High Performance" on installing Talbot Horizon calipers. I'll dig it out tonight for you.

Cheers

Hi!

I paid for caliper about 120 US $ they a few $ expensive then new model. If you can not find a new model then this model is OK. For put them on bug mount you will need a 1 mm space under the caliper mount.

Regards!

Tomica
