I'm planing to use some GSX 750 ITB. They are 43mm. First i was going to build a 2056 but now is more like a 2230. But 43mm is probably enought. They are tapered and the top is 48mm wide. The problem are the injector holes, which are too small for the automotive injector sizes.I opened them up and i will glue in a bose of apropriate size, for the injectors to sit in. The fuel rail is from an alfa. It has the right spaceing. There are stil some pieces to be made like the rail holders and TPS mounting. The flanges will be glued on the TB to avoid warpage becouse of welding. Hope that helps.

Thanks eugene. Actually, '98-'99 GSXR 750 throttles are what I'm currently looking for after finally finding some info on motorcycle ITB diameters.

I have got those ITB. This should be gsx 750 '98. The angle of the injector is much more favorable and the throttles are 47mm.

A BIG thanks for that Eugene. The injector angles are a concern for me because of space needed for them, and the fuel rails. My carbs are very close to the sides of the engine compartment, and I feared that the fuel rails may interfere with the car's body. The pics you posted show a very steep injector angle, keeping the injectors themselves close to the throttle bodies. They may be tucked in enough to work without modifying the sides of the engine compartment.

Are the injector holes on the 47mm throttle bodies suitable for automotive injectors without boring them out larger?

If space is the problem you can always turn the ITB so the injector is facing inwards. The injector holes are much better that those on the first ones. The top step in the hole, where the injector o-ring is sealing, is of automotive diameter and you need only to deepen it a little bit and the automotive inj. will fit.
