Thanks for the welcome guys. Hoping to meet a few of you this Tuesday coming ... I understand that the upcoming holiday season is a priority for many, especially the ones with young families.

The roof on the car is an aftermarket addition, seems to be decent quality from what I can tell. The shape of it made for some additional wind noise when I was driving it back from Calgary across the open Prairies in late October, but for summer in southern Ontario it should be just fine. I plan to have it wide open as much as possible.

cheers
Ed N.

Don't worry, I have a pretty vivid imagination. I can spend more than enough on my cars without any help!!

I cleared out my "fleet" in October, a 95 Thunderbird Super Coupe, and a 68 Cougar, and decided to start fresh. So the Bug was the first replacement, and then I also picked up a 95 Taurus SHO 5-speed for $900 a few weeks ago. That one is going to be my new beater for open-track events, so I need to get some suspension, brakes, and tires under it.

cheers

Nice to meet you too Ed! We're a small group, but we're about as passionate as you can get towards these little cars. Everyone has their expertise and makes for a decent little club.

My expertise is breaking parts, and offending women

Alex
