Noise complaints? Sounds like total Bull****, Its a freaking AIRPORT!
If I want to, I am allowed to redline my engine in my driveway 9am-10pm every day, and the neigbors can't do anything about it, How is this different? *note* I dont actually do that at my house ... but I could
