Thank you for all the great comments:-) Wheel center to center is 1580mm. So it is quite wide. But as it is now, the wheels much of the blame for the width. If I had chosen some other wheels BBS or compomotive ET 50 or 60. If I could have managed with my 70mm wideding, as I have. On each side. But now I have to make me some custom fenders 140mm ekstra on each side.
I have a lot of work left before it is ready for startup. And before it is ready for testdrive. When I finished welding everything. I start with a good paint job in the engine compartment. So I stretch all the cooling hoses, electric network. fuel system, etc. So in the spring, should it be ready for some testing ![]()

Have mounted exhaust now, clutch and pedal system is mounted, gas pipes and pumps are in place, the transfer gearbox wiers is in place. Engin Electrical mount next week. in two weeks I get I coolant hoses and pipes from the UK. So it approaches the start-up and test ride |

That is so awesome, congrats! You'll have plenty of suspension stuff to work out, but at least it's driveable now!
Might I suggest some sort of air inlet on the leading edge of the rear fenders to break up the width? They will be so fat looking when it is done, maybe you can utilize the opening for your intercooler? Jason

The plan is to create some air intakes in the fenders, For they are going to be wide hehehe. So I make the ventilation at the rear of the fenders. When I do not think they will see so wide out. Do some work again. The plan is to have it ready for test driving on a track in the spring. There are a lot of fine adjustment when it comes on the road. |
