I found these a while ago, and have been thinking about trying a set once I've got a little more money set back. Thought maybe you guys would be interested.

Looks good but for us non sealed beam pre67 headlight owners it wouldn't work.

I've got something like these as standard Golf (Rabbit) conversions for clear lens applications. I have wired the main and dip together so that I get a total of 115W of output per lamp on main beam that with the 50% extra output from the bulbs is equivalent to 172W! (90W/82.5W) each side.

I see that the HID conversion is also advertised but as I said earlier most conversions are 'for off road use only' in Europe as our Regs require a tight pattern control on the HIDs that the conversions cannot guaranttee especially with older glass patterned lenses.
