No, as I said above the flange [strut mount] is not the same as the early one thus it is not a direct bolt on to the Super strut. There is (early) 83-85 and (late) 87-91 with the 86 as a mixture of the two. The 86 has the early spindle/hub but the late strut mount.

Another thing that started in 86 was Porsche used a transmission gear speedo cable so there is no longer a hole in the spindle for the speedo cable, as such is with the Superbug and early 924/944.
