DHL is my new best friend.....

Well, my wheels arrived.....oh so happy...only, I don't have center caps

The wheels are 18" Porsche Competition

I thought they were both ET52, but only the front is ET52, the rear is ET 47....

Here's a couple pics:

18x8.5 inches of front wheel goodness

18x10 rear....look at that lip...well, pics can't show it too well, all the shiny-ness, lol

front and rear respectively...mmmm....contact patch.

There it is

Cmon...who doesn't do that when they get a set of wheels, hahaha

It's slowly coming together....All I need are some rear calipers, and the billet front hubs and they can go on...only, they aren't going to.

I'm gonna wait till I have the Maxx struts for the front and new shocks to lower the rear....so it has the looks. I don't want to feel like a truck all jacked in the air....

That'll be me and my woman after I get married. I'd just say to her "They're for your car sweetheart, I wanted to suprise you." I'm not sure if that would work for someone else, but I think it would work for me.

The wheels look GREAT!!! Please do keep us posted! They would look totaly sick on a Ghia.

Haha....well, after 2 hours of arguing, she finally got over it. Priorities eh? I couldn't pass up on the deal, I figured "a couple thousand dollar rims for next to nothing...hmmm...I'll be behind on a couple bills, but when is this offer gonna pop up again????" Some people call that dedication Now if only she coulda looked at it that way

This is the last big purchase I make for a long time. I've still got a couple things needed before they can actually be PUT ON.

Wider fenders - $400
Billet Hubs - $500
Rear Calipers - $250
Maxx Struts - $450
Spacers front and rear - $250
Tires - only god knows

Christ this is getting expensive I have all that to get before the GL meet/Bugjam.....yikes....outlook is not looking promising....anybody wanna give some donations?
