studding options with spacers
i am hitting a bit of a challenge. i have a '73 standard with ghia disc conversion on the front to 5x130 and CSP rear drums 5x130 threaded (should have gone press-in in retrospect). all use 14mm studs/bolts. i am putting 1" bolt on one-piece aluminum spacers in the front and 2" in the rear. the spacers do not have tapered seats for the mount to the hub. i need flat/non-tapered nuts for that. for the rear, i can either drill out the threads and have press-ins put in (big $$$ if there is not a shop already setup for this) or i need to find top quality studs i can screw in and secure on the back with a nut. hence the question, who has top quality (wheel or at least airplane quality grade 10 or higher) studs and/or bolts and non-tapered wheel nuts? seems to be a challenge with 14mm stuff.
have any of you guys run into these issues when running spacers and 5x130 with 14mm?
