well i'm running a 03 in hill climb/sprints in the uk.
coilovers on the front with 130lb springs on adjustable platforms with kyb gas shocks mounted on 944 spindels and brakes with a 7x16 rim with a 200x605x16 dunlop slick.3/4 anti roll bar with uretheane mounts and rose jionted inner mounts held togerther with a strut brace
944 trailing arms, spring plates and tiosion bars with a 14mm anti roll bar and kyb gas shocks with the 944 brakes mounted on 8x16 rim with a 200/605x16 dunlop slick.
berg inter mount on the gear box and a pair of struts running through the bulk head to the roll cage rear leg mounts.
dont matter what bits you have if they dont point in the right direction.have spent most of last year finding a set up that works for ME.
car is competativ and reguarly beat lotus 7 type cars and elise's,so you can do it but it is not cheap.
any questions give me a shout. not a expert just some one who has done it and made it work.
just as much work has to be done on the areo side of things if you dont want to take of or filp over the first time you shut the throttle from 100mph.
cheers rob

Thanks for sharing your setup judjie. Sounds like your ride is pretty fast. How mush is involved for putting the 944 trailing arms on?

The semi-trailing arms used are pretty simple to install from all reports.

The front bushing needs to be changed to the Volkswagen bushing. The diameter of the retaining bolt shaft is different. No big deal to swap them out though.

Happy cornering!
