Chris,
trans temp is WAY overkill. The less gauges you have the better IMHO. Less weight, less complication, less to go wrong. Alex

I like to have the extra gages like the 911 set up but that doesnt include trans temp.
overkill imo Anyways Chris, eventually you are going to have to make space for your boost gage

well, but this brings up an interesting question. Do we need trans coolers? with gear angled jets?
would this help in the life of the trans? anyone running that type of rigging? |

914 side-shift trans with a billet intermediate plate along with those extra lines... I'm bettin' this is for a 914 track car running a 300+hp six, yee-haw!!

yeah, mine may end up looking like that by the time I'm done with it. Currently looking at the alu. side plate as well as intermediate plate... but those two parts are coming in around $1K not including the oil system... however I am going to be pushing 300HP in my project... man it's going to be a challenge learning how to drive this car... carefully.
